It has always been our policy to provide our clients with as much information as possible regarding the estimated costs of their matter. In some cases we are able to provide either fixed fees or more clarity with a range of pricing; other matters may be charged by the hour. Either way we will endeavour to keep you upto date with the costs of your matter and agree with you – in advance – any changes to pricing that may arise. This can happen where a matter becomes more complicated or elongated than originally anticipated. We will always give you a specific pricing estimate once we have had a chance to discuss your matter with you.
