Career

Erica qualified as a Solicitor in 2011, and joined the Private Client team at Vanderpump & Sykes Solicitors in July 2020, having previously worked for another Legal 500 firm in South-East London. She receives a variety of instructions ranging from Wills to Powers of Attorney, Deputyship applications, Probate and Estate Administration.

Known for making clients feel comfortable at what can be a daunting time, Erica can explain in simple terms, what are often complex technical or procedural issues. She makes sure clients are aware of what is needed in order to achieve a successful outcome. Erica believes in developing a long-lasting professional relationship with her clients and is keen to be their trusted advisor.

Erica has an undergraduate and Masters’ degree in Law and passed the Bar Vocational Course (BVC). She has worked at the Court of Appeal as a Judicial Assistant and Office Lawyer. Erica formerly practised Employment Litigation before changing specialisms in 2015.
