LawNet Mark of Excellence

Law firms such as Vanderpump & Sykes Solicitors which carry the LawNet Mark of Excellence, are demonstrating their commitment to providing excellent legal expertise backed up with the best client service experience. To be a LawNet firm, Vanderpump & Sykes have to achieve and maintain the LawNet ISO9001:2015 quality assurance standard.

The Mark of Excellence is an internationally recognised quality mark, with regular independent evaluation to drive continuous improvement. Clients can be confident of receiving the best possible legal advice and service. As a LawNet member, Vanderpump & Sykes are part of a network of 2,000+ lawyers across the UK, as well as links across Europe through the Eurojuris network.

Conveyancing Quality Scheme (CQS)

The CQS quality mark is awarded by the Law Society in recognition of the high standards provided to residential property clients. The scheme is designed to improve efficiency using consistent standards and service levels. Vanderpump & Sykes are required to undergo strict assessment, compulsory training, staff reporting, random audits and annual reviews. The CQS has the support of the Council of Mortgage Lenders, the Building Societies Association, Legal Ombudsman and the Association of British Insurers. Resolution

Resolution is an organisation which believes in a constructive, non-confrontational approach to family law matters. They also campaign for improvements to the family justice system. Support is received, by Vanderpump & Sykes, through its national and regional training programmes, publications, good practice guides and accreditation schemes. Resolution also trains and accredits mediators and is the only body providing training and support for collaborative lawyers in England and Wales.
