If you are thinking about getting a divorce or separating from your current partner, call us to set up an appointment. It is helpful if you can bring with you a schedule of your financial circumstances setting out your assets and liabilities, income and outgoings, as well as those of your partner. This will save time and give us the opportunity to give an assessment as to the likely outcome of your case.

During the interview we will :

provide advice upon the difference between separation and divorce
advise as to divorce procedure
provide advice on children
assess your circumstances
discuss your financial requirements
discuss strategy and tactics to achieve your objectives
list the documents you will need to progress the case
wherever possible, give a clear indication of the likely financial outcome
outline the procedures, timescales and costs involved in resolving your case
